Winter Quarterly Meeting (Montgomery)

Modern Day Lynching: Civil Rights Causes of Action in 2018 and Beyond”  This CLE will focus on scenarios that give rise to Federal causes of action under U.S.C.  1983 as well as the 4^th, 8^th, and 14^th Amendment. The scenarios will involve discrimination, excessive force, and false arrest, among other causes of action.  Following the CLE, we will have a short business meeting.  At the conclusion of the business meeting, we will visit the National Memorial for Peace & Justice.
